Our professionals provide an extensive range of knowledge and thought leadership in critical customer-facing disciplines such as sales (direct and indirect), services, support and marketing. While trained and certified in the delivery of our programs, our professionals are subject matter experts in their own right. The typical background of our instructors consists of 15-25 years experience in sales and/or services, along with extensive management experience in these areas. This enables them to mentor program participants as they train them - utilizing real-life examples and solutions to address the challenges currently facing program participants.
