Wendy Reed
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

As the Founder and CEO of InfoMentis, Wendy uses her entrepreneurial drive to help our clients change the way they interact with their customers and prospects (her motto is "Customer First, Us Second") and continues to be the catalyst for InfoMentis' leadership within the consulting and performance improvement space. Most recently, Wendy received the "2006 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award," distinguishing her as one of the most successful and innovative entrepreneurs in the United States. She also received recognition from Atlanta's technology community as the winner of WIT's (Women in Technology) 2006 Woman of the Year in Technology Award for her business and philanthropic contributions.
Under Wendy's direction, the company has achieved tremendous growth and industry recognition for leadership, integrity and character. Earlier this year, InfoMentis was awarded the "Organization Leadership Character Award" (Company Category) by the Turknett Leadership Group, further illustrating the company's dedication to always demonstrating leadership, integrity and character professionally as well as personally. Now celebrating its tenth year in business, InfoMentis continues to be aggressive in its efforts to deliver programs that will continue to provide differentiation in the marketplace and allow their clients to achieve revenue predictability and sustainability.
Starting her career in Information Technology with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), Wendy went on to hold sales, marketing and sales management positions with organizations such as MSA (which later became Dun & Bradstreet Software), Viasoft and Clarus, as well as acquiring valuable customer experience during her time with Hayes Microcomputer products. Wendy has been instrumental in managing and mentoring some of the industry's top sales professionals.
As a prominent industry speaker, Wendy is regularly asked to speak at events such as Microsoft's Worldwide Partner Conference, Oracle's Worldwide Leadership Forum, and is a regular speaker at ATDC's Brown Bag Lunches, Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals Events, Technology Executive Round Table Events, TAG's Entrepreneurial Forums, WIT Events, IHRIM, Global Executive Woman and High Tech CEO Council. Additionally, she participates in one-on-one lunches with other local entrepreneurs whose businesses are either in the infancy stage or still an idea on paper waiting to take form. Over the course of these lunches, she shares with them her experiences and insight into starting and running a successful business.
Additionally, Wendy continues to be recognized by organizations such as Ernst & Young - Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist in 2001 and 2005, WIT (Women In Technology) - Woman of the Year in Technology Finalist in 2005, Catalyst Magazine - Top 50 Entrepreneur in 2004 and 2005, TAG (Technology Association of Georgia) - Excalibur Award Finalist in 2005, Metro Atlanta's Chamber of Commerce - 2004 Small Business Person of Year Award Finalist, Georgia Trend Magazine - 40 Under 40 Georgia's Brightest Stars in 2002 and Clarkson University - Entrepreneurial Success in 2001.
Wendy received a bachelor's degree in computer-based management with a minor in communications from Clarkson University in 1984.

Steve Maul
Executive Vice President, Chief Learning and Strategy Officer

Steve, with more than 25 years of marketing, sales and channel experience,
became a charter member of InfoMentis in 1996 the executive vice president of
delivery services. He is responsible for managing the curriculum design and
development process and project management for InfoMentis, including instructor
certification (internal and external) for program content and delivery. In
addition, he developed and manages the Momentum™ implementation framework used
by InfoMentis principals as solutions are deployed for client organizations.
Prior to joining InfoMentis, Steve was vice president of strategic alliances
for Evolutionary Technologies International, where he established worldwide
VAR, system integrator and co-marketing relationships as well as building
training curriculum for partners in the marketing, positioning, sales and
implementation of complex, technical solutions. Steve also spent more than nine
years with Dun & Bradstreet where he held management positions in strategic
alliances, product and industry marketing and sales support. Throughout his
career, Steve has been consistently recognized for his achievement in
leadership, sales and marketing.
Steve received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Rochester
Institute of Technology.

Mark Reed
Chief Financial Officer

Mark joined InfoMentis in 1997 as Chief Financial Officer. He is a seasoned
finance executive with a wide range of experience at several well known
companies. He is responsible for the overall management of financial and
operational functions for InfoMentis. Since starting at InfoMentis, Mark has
led a diverse range of projects pertaining to operational effectiveness,
strategic planning, compliance, performance measurement, and financial
auditing. He is actively involved in structuring and negotiating all client
contracts. Prior to joining InfoMentis, Mark served as Vice President of
Investments for Industrial Developments International (IDI) where he was
responsible for asset management, financing and disposition of properties
developed in the Midwest and Western Regions. During his time at IDI, Mark
successfully sold over $127 million of industrial-property portfolios to
institutional investors and pension funds.
Mark has also held a number of management positions such as Manager of Finance
for Carter & Associates, Assistant Vice President for First Fidelity Mortgage
Corporation and as a Management Consultant with Accenture (formerly Andersen
Consulting).
Mark received an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida in 1984 and a
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama in 1982.

Bob Frailey
Executive Vice President of Client Relationships

Bob brings 22 years of experience in the technology industry to InfoMentis. In his current role
as Executive Vice President of Client Relationships, Bob serves as a client coach and mentor to
ensure our clients are continually optimizing and leveraging their investments in InfoMentis programs.
Since joining InfoMentis in 2001, Bob's entrepreneurial strength has helped to drive the global
implementation of proven best practices relating to some key areas such as opportunity management, account
strategy and planning, portfolio planning, and performance coaching ultimately producing quantifiable results
for our clients. His passion and dedication for working closely with clients to ensure the adoption, "stickiness"
and success of their investments in InfoMentis programs continues to serve as a model for others. Additionally
Bob has been a top producer, twice earning the "President's Award" in recognition of his overall contributions
year over year. Bob has personally delivered and/or overseen the deployment of InfoMentis programs to over
17,000 professionals worldwide in sales, marketing, channels, consulting and support.
Bob's work experience is comprised of numerous pre-sales, sales, channels, management and executive roles with
organizations including Cullinet Software, Dun & Bradstreet Software (via McCormick & Dodge), Infinium
Software and two start-up concerns.
Bob received a BBA from the University of Georgia in 1984.

Gerard Frey
Vice President of Practice Management |
Gerard, a 23-year veteran of the information technology industry, joined InfoMentis in 2001, responsible for
building and managing the company's Customer and Maintenance Retention Practice. In this role, he is credited
with developing the Value for Maintenance Framework; which allows InfoMentis to help clients identify areas
of strength, as well as, areas requiring improvement in their maintenance line of business. Working with over
40 global enterprise software companies, Gerard has established industry benchmarks allowing clients to see how
they compare to others relating to pricing, packing and delivery of maintenance services. Additionally, providing them
with industry best practices and tools to support their efforts in optimizing, protecting and increasing their
maintenance revenue.
A thought leader and industry recognized subject-matter expert, Gerard is responsible for helping numerous industry
leading organizations achieve as much as a 10%-15% increase in their maintenance revenue.
Gerard spent 15 years with Geac Computer Corporation (formerly MSA and Dun &
Bradstreet Software) in a number of positions such as Senior Vice President of
Sales & Marketing where he led the U.S. sales organizations and worldwide
marketing for their client/server and mainframe product lines. Gerard also held
positions in marketing, consulting and account management specializing in
customer retention and revenue optimization for Fortune 1000 clients. In
addition, he also served ADP in client support.
Gerard received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a
concentration in Marketing & Personnel Management from the University of
Georgia in 1981.
